RF Hardware Engineer

A cutting-edge fabless semiconductor company is hiring an RF Hardware Engineer to design high-performance circuit boards for advanced RF systems. You’ll contribute to developing innovative RF CMOS SoCs and MCMs for diverse applications in commercial, military, and aerospace sectors, collaborating with top experts in IC design, packaging, and systems engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Board Planning: Select connectors, components, and signal requirements; predict stackups and define RF transmission layers.
• Board Design: Create designs for analog bandwidths >40 GHz and data rates up to 30 Gbps using Cadence Allegro; troubleshoot performance issues in the lab.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure functionality and quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in RF hardware engineering preferred.
• Expertise in board layout, transmission lines, and power routing.
• Proficiency in Cadence Orcad/Allegro tools.
• BSEE or higher degree required.
• U.S. citizenship mandatory.
