What You'll Do
As an **RF Electronics Technician**, you will play a key role in manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing **RF receivers, transponders, GPS receivers, and VHF electronic equipment**. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair **RF, analog, and digital circuit boards** at the PCB and final assembly level
- Use **RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other advanced RF test equipment**
- Perform **calibration, burn-in, and final testing** of products
- Diagnose and repair **customer returns (RGA)**
- Maintain and improve **ISO 9001 quality and workmanship standards**
- Assist in training new and existing team members
- **What We're Looking For:**
- **2-year degree in electronics, vocational certification, or equivalent hands-on experience**
- Strong ability to **read schematics and understand circuit theory**
- Experience with **RF testing, troubleshooting, and repair** (a plus!)
- Knowledge of **JTAG programming, Python scripting, and GPIB RF test equipment** is beneficial
- Soldering experience (**SMD & through-hole, IPC-A-610 or JSTD-001 standards**) is a plus
- Basic **computer skills (Excel, Word)** and excellent communication skills
