We’re seeking a skilled RF Development Engineer to join a cutting-edge team developing and supporting high-performance oscillator products and RF solutions. This role is based in Houston, Texas, and offers the opportunity to work hands-on with analog and RF circuit design, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, Test, debug, and support analog/RF building blocks including amplifiers, filters, mixers, detectors, and couplers
• Troubleshoot RF circuit issues and provide root cause analysis
• Develop and implement automated test procedures
• Support design changes through ECO documentation and BOM updates
• Analyze performance data and implement product enhancements
• Contribute to EMC/EMI compliance efforts and ensure IPC design standards are met

What We're Looking For:

• Industrial hands-on experience in developing and testing RF/microwave circuits
• To have a basic understanding of microelectronics
• Experience with RF test equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, etc.
• Bonus: Experience with analog/digital design, hardware test and validation, and RF layout techniques
• Must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States
