Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing markups and draw details in CAD.
• Implement and reinforce CAD standards within the company
• Pick up redlines utilizing AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit for different engineering field
• Coordinate with engineers and make sure markups are being addressed properly and resolve any discrepancies.
• Go on the field for survey, site conditions and photographs.
• Prepare design and construction submission package.
• Coordinate and attend meetings when required to meet client’s CAD expectations
• Assist the engineers with any CAD, drafting need

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma.
• 1-4 years of experience in CAD and Revit.
• Experience in MicroStation a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
• Excellent oral, written skills and communication skills.
