Revenue Reporting and MIS – is a pivotal role within asset-rich FlagGroup. The main objective of the job is to track revenue month on month and determines the direction of the trend. Not only it provides great opportunity of interacting with senior stakeholders of Finance and non-Finance teams but also allows to develop expertise in the economics of the technology surrounding telecommunications business. This is a position for somebody who has already established him/herself and an experiences analyst but looks for the next step up in Telecoms with the scope of further growth.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Handle Month close to tight deadlines.
• Maintain of well documented set of accruals calculated with high precision.
• Preparing and maintaining required schedules
• Coordinate with Billing team to ensure accurate revenue reorganizations
• Perform Revenue analysis and MIS including development of new reports and KPIs.
• Perform Revenue margin analysis
• Run informative variance analysis with sufficient commentary
• Identifying revenue leakage if any, and suggesting areas for improvement
• Support constructively internal/external audit.
• Create atmosphere of dialog and information sharing with respective teams & stakeholders
• Maintain high level of transparency and accuracy of ERP transactions: posting of journal entries (accruals, adjustments, clearing)
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Undertake Revenue assurance investigations where relevant and ensure customer invoicing is performed
• Establish him/herself as a leading Subject Matter Expert of Revenue team

Requirements :

• Qualified Charted Accountant/CA
• 2+ years of practical experience in revenue accounting
• Good communication skills
• Substantial experience of Revenue analysis
• Good commercial and financial awareness
• Professional integrity and scepticism. Not afraid to challenge the statements which are not supported by robust data
• Excellent Excel skills
• Good analytical skill and capable to drive independently
