Join Our Team
Backed by prestigious VC funds and with a team of over 500, we're rapidly expanding across Europe and now launching our US operations in Austin, Texas. Our success is driven by passionate, dedicated teams committed to building a company where individuals can thrive and grow.
You will report to the CRO North America and help him launch the US market and accelerate revenue growth through different levers :
Build & run local Sales & Customer Success Operations, in close collaboration with HQ teams in Europe
Adapt and run our leadgen, CRM & Revenue software stack to the needs of the US market
Develop local customer intelligence and document our US Ideal Customer Profile and personas by interviewing customers and prospects
Identify and implement adjustments to our Sales & Customer Success Processes to meet the needs of US prospects and customers
Help find, recruit and onboard the best local talents
Assist on a variety of local marketing, administrative and office management tasks, in collaboration with HQ teams
What We Are Looking For
Native or Fluent English speaker
Background in consulting and complex project management
Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, a large quantity of information
Top Business or engineering school
Enthusiasm and team spirit
Bilingual in French is a plus
