About the Role: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline and optimize the entire customer journey, from lead generation to post-sale support. Lead the forecasting process and help establish accurate revenue projections by working with sales leadership and providing data-driven insights. Develop and manage KPIs and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing alignment. Core Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, and customer success operations and workflows.
Experience in process optimization, automation, and system integrations.
Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques and pipeline management.
Experience working in a scaling SaaS environment.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
Familiarity with revenue operations technologies (e.g., Gong, Clari, Outreach).
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of data privacy and security compliance in a SaaS environment.
