Summary

About the Role: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline and optimize the entire customer journey, from lead generation to post-sale support. Lead the forecasting process and help establish accurate revenue projections by working with sales leadership and providing data-driven insights. Develop and manage KPIs and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing alignment.
Core Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, and customer success operations and workflows.
  • Experience in process optimization, automation, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques and pipeline management.
  • Experience working in a scaling SaaS environment.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations technologies (e.g., Gong, Clari, Outreach).
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security compliance in a SaaS environment.
Required Skills and Certifications:
  • Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, and customer success operations and workflows
  • Experts in Salesforce.
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
