Summary

Role Overview 


As Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling MobieTrain’s go-to-market (GTM) operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your mission is to drive operational efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support revenue growth by ensuring seamless processes, accurate reporting, and strong alignment between teams. You will be responsible for managing the GTM tech stack, improving CRM workflows, and providing insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions. 


Key Responsibilities 


1. GTM Process & Systems Optimization 


  • Own and manage MobieTrain’s CRM – HubSpot, Planhat, and GTM tech stack. 
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success systems. 
  • Identify bottlenecks in lead-to-revenue processes and implement solutions to improve conversion rates. 
  • Design and maintain lead routing, scoring models, and account assignments for efficiency. 


2. Data Analytics & Revenue Insights 


  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking. 
  • Analyze GTM performance metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene in CRM and reporting systems. 
  • Support sales forecasting, quota setting, and performance analysis


3. Sales Enablement & Support 


  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, onboarding materials, and training programs to improve rep effectiveness. 
  • Implement tools and strategies to increase sales productivity and shorten deal cycles. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead qualification, scoring, and nurturing align with sales processes. 
  • Support Customer Success teams with reporting on renewals, expansion opportunities, and churn risk. 


4. GTM Strategy & Alignment 

  • Act as the operational link between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive strategic alignment. 
  • Provide insights to refine go-to-market strategy, territory planning, and customer segmentation
  • Assist in campaign measurement and ensure effective attribution modeling. 
  • Work closely with leadership to define and track KPIs for revenue growth


5. Tech Stack & Automation 


  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new GTM tools and automation solutions
  • Optimize and automate lead handoff processes, pipeline management, and reporting workflows
  • Ensure adoption and proper usage of revenue tools by all teams. 


Ideal Candidate Profile 


Experience & Skills 


  • 3-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). 
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Seismic) and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker). 
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in reporting and data visualization. 
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and revenue models
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
