Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented
Revenue Operations Analyst to support our Revenue Operations team with validating and cleaning up customer and contract data within Salesforce. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our CRM by reviewing account hierarchies, contact details, and contract information. This work will enable our Sales, Customer Success, and overall Commercial teams to better manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and confidently engage with our customer base.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will work directly with our Revenue Operations team to support data integrity efforts and system alignment across functions. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update existing data within Salesforce, including contact information, account statuses, and account hierarchies
- Perform data validation checks to identify gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies in customer and contract records
- Support data integrity efforts to ensure clean and reliable customer data across systems
- Assist in a comprehensive audit of existing contracts, CRM records, and entitlements to align our systems and eliminate discrepancies across the backbook
- Prepare and standardize data to support international market expansion
- Provide ongoing support to the Revenue Operations team as needed, with a focus on manual, detail-driven tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM data management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience handling large volumes of data
- High attention to detail and consistency in execution
- Comfortable working independently and communicating effectively with global teams
