We are looking for a " Revenue Growth Specialist" with the following qualifications to be appointed to our Koroplast CFO organization.


Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or in a relevant field is preferable
  • Minimum 2 years of experience ideally in FMCG sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights and being open to learning new skills
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple & logical terms & build compelling presentations & professional communications
  • Self starter- able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong result orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Leading large scale change through levels of an organization
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially in Excel


Responsibilities:

  • Development of Net Revenue Management Strategy for the company
  • Design, define pack/price architecture and prepare guidelines accordingly
  • Define strategy and dealing guidelines across all D&A spend
  • Partner with Marketing & Sales to develop brand/customer growth plans based on NRM learnings
  • Driving overall profitability via GAP analysis, customer trade spend analysis
  • Optimizing promo-strategy via tracking and analyzing sell-out data
  • Optimizing sales via recommending new price positioning for brands
  • Lead deep-dives to fully understand and address performance by product/ by account and prepare course correction actions where necessary
  • Define RGM capability agenda within finance and commercial functions
