Are you a strategic leader passionate about revolutionizing the healthcare experience? Our healthcare client is seeking a dynamic CXI Project Principal to spearhead our Member Loyalty Program!


Imagine: You'll be the architect of personalized member journeys, crafting experiences that boost engagement, improve health outcomes, and drive retention. You'll work cross-functionally, leveraging data-driven insights to shape the future of our program and make a real difference in the lives of our members.


What You'll Do:

  • Innovate: Design and execute cutting-edge loyalty strategies that exceed CMS standards.
  • Transform: Translate visionary concepts into tangible results, driving process improvements and tech enhancements.
  • Connect: Develop personalized events and multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our members.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Use data to refine strategies and deliver compelling presentations to leadership.
  • Lead: Drive program operations, ensuring seamless execution and team alignment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in User Experience, Business Strategy, Social Sciences
  • 4+ years of Experience design or Service Design or Human Centered Design
  • 2+ years of leading and managing projects with analytics
  • 2+ years of Business case creation and ROI Analysis experience
  • 3+ years of Ability to navigate the gray and build a clear path forward is a required skill
