This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Store Manager located in Shah Alam for a modest fashion brand - Kashkha . The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.
