Store Launch Manager – Miami

Particle is expanding! We’re launching our first brick-and-mortar store in Miami, and we’re looking for an experienced Store Launch Manager to uphold Particle brand excellence in-store, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience. If you have successfully set up a cosmetic or beauty store before, handled all the logistics, and built a high-performing team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Store Setup & Launch – Oversee the entire process of opening our first store, from securing the location to designing the layout.
• Logistics & Operations – Handle inventory planning, vendor coordination, and store equipment setup to ensure a smooth launch.
• Team Hiring & Training – Recruit, onboard, and train a top-tier team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Compliance & Permits – Manage legal requirements, permits, and store regulations to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy – Work with the marketing team to create local buzz and drive foot traffic to the store.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience setting up and managing a cosmetic, pharm or beauty retail store.
• Strong background in logistics, inventory management, and retail operations.
• Experience in hiring and training employees for a new store.
• Based in Miami, FL and familiar with the local retail landscape.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
