This is a hands-on leadership role where your efforts directly impact team success and customer transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Community Engagement

  • Lead your store to exceed monthly sales goals through local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with gyms, wellness professionals, and local influencers to boost brand presence.
  • Be a visible ambassador in the store and out in the community, creating buzz and increasing foot traffic.


Operations & Customer Experience

  • Ensure a top-tier in-store experience — clean, welcoming, and reflective of a vibrant wellness brand.
  • Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling to ensure smooth performance.
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service and first impressions.


Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and coach a team of 5–7 to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Provide real-time feedback, celebrate wins, and address gaps with urgency and support.
  • Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and fun.


Financial Management

  • Take ownership of your store’s P&L, labor management, and inventory control.
  • Use KPIs and reporting tools to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to hit and exceed financial targets.


Communication & Innovation

  • Serve as a key communicator between your store and leadership team.
  • Bring solutions, suggest improvements, and drive innovation in operations and outreach.
  • Uphold and promote company values including ownership, gratitude, and curiosity.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or fitness.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and drive P&L results.
  • Passion for wellness and a competitive drive to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods as needed.
