We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team at our brand-new Booty by Brabants location in Tuscan Village opening this spring!

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing our mission to life—empowering women to feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their own skin through fashion-forward, functional activewear.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver an elevated customer experience through friendly service and genuine conversation
• Educate customers on our products, fabrics, and fit to help them find their perfect pieces
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team that feels like family
• Represent our brand values: authenticity, positivity, and women supporting women

• A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting

• Available for some weekend shifts (required)
