We are a fast-growing Bentonville-based Sales Agency, providing Sales Advisory & Retail Sales Management solutions for our diverse client portfolio. We work closely with our CPG clients to provide advice and execution excellence across the Walmart & Sam’s Club enterprise.  Our growing client base ranges from native D2C brands to century-old, family-owned businesses, including 2 of the top 100 insurgent brands as ranked by Bain Capital.


As part of our commitment to service excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Replenishment & Sales Analytics Manager.   In this role, you will be responsible for delivering solution-oriented sales & supply chain analytics to support replenishment activities and drive sales growth.  Other responsibilities include client support activities such as onboarding new clients.


Responsibilities:


  1. Replenishment Management:
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels across Walmart stores to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and manage product replenishment to meet Walmart's demand.
  • Utilize sales data and historical trends to forecast future demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.


  1. Client Onboarding as Walmart Supplier:
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process to become approved suppliers for Walmart.
  • Liaise with Walmart's supply chain team to ensure all necessary documentation and requirements are met for client onboarding.
  • Provide support and assistance to clients throughout the onboarding process, including product listing, pricing, and compliance.


  1. Sales & Supply Chain Analytics:
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis.


  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and Walmart's supply chain team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues related to replenishment, onboarding, or analytics.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Knowledge of Walmart's replenishment processes, supplier requirements, and retail industry standards.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.


Compensation:

Compensation commensurate with experience.
