We are looking for a motivated and strategic Retail Manager to lead our retail sales. This role focuses on strategies to attract diverse customer demographics, such as younger audiences through different pop up, campaigns, service and promotion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance category performance and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Retail Performance:
· Oversee and analyze retail metrics to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
· Work closely with the Brand Team, CRM, Trade Marketing, and VM teams to boost category performance and enhance client engagement.
· Foster a cohesive approach to retail strategies across all departments.
Act as a Performance Influencer:
· Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for elevating sales outcomes.
· Inspire and lead the retail team to achieve performance goals.
Contribute Ideas for Business Opportunities:
· Proactively propose innovative ideas to maximize business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
· Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Partner with Training Teams:
· Collaborate with training departments to enhance and design learning content that supports team development.
· Implement training programs that improve team capabilities and client engagement.
