Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Studio, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of stylists to provide exceptional, personalized service.
• Coordinate and manage new store and pop-up locations, including site setup and merchandising.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive engagement and meet targets.
• Analyze studio performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in bridal or high-end fashion retail.
• 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer-centric merchandising strategies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
