Summary

A recognized retail organization is seeking a Retail Marketing Project Manager for a promising opportunity with their growing team. In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end rebrand project from conception to execution

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 2 days a week in East Rutherford, NJ***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help lead and manage the end-to-end rebrand project, from concept to execution across all touchpoints (in-store, digital, technology, packaging, communications).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, retail, product, innovation, and executive teams to align brand strategy and visual identity.
  • Drive brand transformation efforts that reflect our evolving mission, customer expectations, and market trends.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment across departments and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Champion the new brand voice, look, and feel internally and externally.
  • Inspire teams with positive energy, clear communication, and forward-thinking solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, rebranding, or transformation projects-preferably in the retail or consumer space.
  • Proven experience managing complex brand initiatives from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, innovation, creative development, and marketing communications.
  • Exceptional project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills-charismatic, engaging, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Highly independent and proactive; thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate with both creatives and executives.
  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
