You will be in charge of the entire Retail Area Services provided at the site. You must oversee the daily operations of a retail area to ensure it runs efficiently, meets sales targets, and provides excellent customer service. Your role will encompass and not be limited to:
Technology Integration & Data Analysis
Implement and manage retail management software (POS, inventory, ERP, CRM).
Utilize data analytics to track sales trends, customer preferences, and operational efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration of technology in-store and across digital platforms.
Leverage AI, automation, and IoT solutions to enhance retail operations.
E-Commerce Management
Oversee online store operations, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfilment.
Optimize website performance, navigation, and user experience for online shoppers.
Monitor e-commerce sales, customer feedback, and inventory synchronization with physical stores.
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic and online conversions.
Digital Marketing & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and online ads.
Monitor and analyse customer engagement metrics to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee CRM initiatives to improve customer retention, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing.
Ensure effective handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Upkeep of Retail Area & Maintenance
Ensure all retail spaces are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment, fixtures, and store interiors.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all retail sections.
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep.
Visual Merchandising & Ambiance
Develop and execute effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics.
Optimize store layouts to improve product visibility and customer flow.
Ensure displays, signage, and lighting align with brand identity and seasonal themes.
Maintain an inviting store ambiance through proper lighting, music, and fragrance.
Safety & Security
Implement safety protocols and compliance measures as per industry standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure emergency preparedness.
Train staff on security measures, theft prevention, and risk management.
Maintain proper inventory control to minimize shrinkage and losses.
Training & Development
Organize training programs to enhance staff skills in customer service, sales, and technology use.
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
Conduct leadership development programs for succession planning.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop and test new retail concepts, promotional campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Encourage a culture of feedback and proactive problem-solving among the team.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's/master’s degree in IHM /BHM, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in retail management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and CRM tools.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and retail technology solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
