This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager, located in Colombo. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive sales performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, setting sales targets, and implementing store policies. The role requires strong leadership to train and motivate the team, maintain a pleasant shopping environment, and handle any customer complaints or issues promptly.
