Allocation, replenishment & consolidation

· Allocate inventory to stores based on sales performance, store capacity, and assortment plans

· Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment to avoid overstock/stockouts

· Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and retail teams to align allocation strategies

· Generate allocation reports and analyze sell-through, stock-to-sales ratios, and SKU performance

· Support new launches, promotional pushes, and end-of-season transfers

· Manage product flow from central warehouse to multiple store locations

Retail operations

· Calculate monthly incentive scheme and documents for payroll submission

· Oversee store operations processes and ensure SOP compliance

· Coordinate logistics, shipment schedules, and stock deliveries

· Liaise with warehouse, merchandising, and store teams to resolve operational issues

· Monitor store maintenance needs and coordinate with relevant vendors

· Track and report operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, delivery lead time, and shrinkage

· Support operational initiatives such as new store openings, system upgrades, and promotional setups

· Identify and implement process improvements for higher productivity and cost-efficiency
