What You'll Do
🔹 Lead and manage a team of salespeople & technicians 🔹 Oversee scheduling, job audits, and documentation compliance 🔹 Handle customer concerns and drive collections success 🔹 Manage equipment, materials, and department expenses 🔹 Conduct safety inspections, weekly team meetings & interviews 🔹 Maintain P&L and participate in manager on-call rotation
