Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to maintain project progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in restoration and reconstruction.
- Strong knowledge of multi-family construction processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
