Position Overview: As a Hybrid Mitigation Project Manager / Lead Field Technician, you will play a dual role, overseeing the mitigation process while actively leading field operations. This position blends management and technical expertise, ensuring that projects are executed to meet IICRC standards and completed on time. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial assessment to final reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee mitigation for residential, commercial, and large-loss projects, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with IICRC standards. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, lead technicians, and technicians to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Lead field teams on-site, actively participating in mitigation work and ensuring quality execution. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation for the estimating team. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients in a professional and respectful manner. Participate in company meetings, demonstrate leadership, and manage the rotating on-call schedule (including some nights and weekends) with additional pay for on-call duties. Approach projects with a sense of urgency, making effective use of advanced technology and equipment. Mentor lead technicians and team members, encouraging professional growth and development. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past 3 years. At least 2 years of experience as a Mitigation Project Manager or Lead Field Technician. IICRC certifications (Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Mold, Fire Remediation) required. Proficiency with modern restoration technologies (DASH, RMS, MICA, etc.).
