Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Delhi, India. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing P&L statements, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service, and budgeting. The General Manager will also be involved in hiring staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Qualifications
Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proven ability in Hiring and managing team members
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
