Description: Small builder focusing on residential remodeling, additions, custom homes, light commercial Tenant finish and TI.Responsibilities: + Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors. + Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance. + Ensure contractors complete work on schedule. + Communicate daily status of current projects to the Project Manager. + Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly. + Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements. + Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process. + Review all material submittals for compliance with plans. + Carpentry experience is ideal Essential Skills + 3+ years (preferred) of superintendent/lead experience + 10+ years of construction experience Job Type: + This is a contract to hire position where Actalent Services will employ this person for the initial 12 months prior to this person transitioning as a direct employee.
