Schedule: 37.5 hours/week; 3pm-11pm, Sunday-Thursday

Earn: $18.60/hour. plus on-call stipend and overtime

Position Details

The Residential Shift Supervisor takes an active role in coordinating the operations of our community residential rehab (CRR) for adults with mental illness. They organize activities and tasks for the residents and lead the staff through supervision, performance reviews, scheduling, and setting on-call responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure a warm, enriching, and esteem-building environment for consumers.
• Maintain compliance with CRR and Merakey regulations.
• Schedule and orient direct care staff; approve overtime as needed.
• Submit paperwork on time.
• Schedule consumer appointments and assist with their health maintenance.
• Coordinate social and recreational activities for residents
• Conduct weekly site inspections, monthly fire drills, and notify the supervisor of needed repairs and purchases.
• Participate in shared on-call rotation

• Experience in human services required
