We are seeking a Residential Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee home restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating between crews and the office, maintaining safety standards, and streamlining operations for efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete multiple home reconstruction projects on time and within budget, maintaining communication with crews and the office regarding any changes or delays.
• Track and monitor the status of projects, identifying risks or problems and implementing proactive solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure company profitability.
• Stay in touch with clients, insurance agents, and our team to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and the overall success of the company.
  
  

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of residential construction
• Commercial construction as a plus
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Xactimate experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
• Effective communication skills via phone calls, messaging platforms, and other digital tools.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
• Working knowledge of industry safety regulations
• Works well under pressure and gets things done on time.
  
  

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $80 to $85,000 annually. (A total package of $110,000-$130,000 annually)
