Summary

The role is to manage and distribute company leads and includes key areas of responsibility including: Daily and weekly listings. Daily leads report. Assist with event planning. Compile project plans. Lead follow up with the sales consultants. Ensure that the leads database is updated daily. Assist with market research. Weekly leads analysis. Management of the CRM system. Qualifications and Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working in a Residential Property Developer: Leads/Marketing Assistant position in the real estate/property development industry. Matric. Knowledge Requirements: Current property market trends. Data analysis. CRM Knowledge. Skills Requirements: Professional in manner, dress and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word particularly) and software relevant to department. Read, write and speak English well. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all levels including networking skills. Must be respectful and have conflict resolution skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good organisation skills including time-management skills. Must be able to plan strategically. Must work accurately with meticulous attention to detail. Skills of a high standard relating specifically to your job. Own transport.
