Residential Program Manager (RPM) Position: This is a house manager position. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Responsibilties include, but are not limited to, staff supervision, assisting individuals with activities of daily living, financial supervision, community integration and encouraging independence. Must be at least 18 years of age, willing to work direct care shifts, take on call, have good communication/comprehensive speaking and writing skills of the English language, have a valid driver's license with no restrictions, have a telephone or some means of communication when out of the facility, and background checks are required.
