About the Role:
As the Residential Operations Manager, you will oversee the management and compliance of multiple children’s homes based across the North West and West Midlands in line with Ofsted regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people with EBD and LD needs. You will be the named Responsible Individual with Ofsted and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality, culture, and growth of our services.
