full-time Residential Manager for our beautiful Residential homes in the Merrimack Valley. At American Training, it is all about the

What does a Residential Manager do?
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program
- Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care
- Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues
- Create and manage Colleague schedules
- Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents
- 2-3 years experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home
- 1+ years of previous management experience
- Valid State drivers license and the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required)
- Flexible work hours required based on program needs
- Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting
- Bachelors degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicates competence)
