To continue our growth in the North America Midea America is seeking a Residential HVAC Product Planner. This product planner will lead the product planning efforts for the residential HVAC team for North America. This position will work closely with our consumer research team which includes consumer insights and data science. This role will support the R&D team responsible for residential HVAC (unitary, ductless and thermostats) and be responsible for managing the product and innovation road maps for their product categories. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, preferably in the air conditioning industry. This candidate will help both local and global teammates regarding product planning, product research, work to improve understanding of consumer/contractor pain points and preferences. This position will support all North American air conditioning products.
This is a full-time position with some domestic and international travel required.
