What You’ll Be Doing

• Notify customers when you're on the way to maintain professionalism and clear communication.
• Perform complete system evaluations, inspecting HVAC equipment, ductwork, and attic insulation following Aced It! Cooling & Heating's standards.
• Utilize advanced diagnostics to accurately assess system performance, airflow, and refrigerant charge.
• Provide detailed reports with clear documentation of service visits and findings.
• Follow best practices for airflow and system efficiency based on industry-leading standards.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
• Proficiency in using a manometer and checking static pressure.
• Ability to charge refrigerant using subcooling, superheat, and weight-based methods.
• Familiarity with MeasureQuick or other advanced diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of airflow and diagnostic best practices.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification (required); NATE Certification (a plus).
• Must have basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
