Responsible for all aspects of construction from the ground up on green certified homes with a unique building model. Responsible for daily communication to all stakeholders on progress and or delays and plans to mitigate any delay that may effect schedule or budget. Must have Procore or similar construction management software experience and become certified as a Project Manager on Procore within the first 90 days of employment. Must be able to manage several projects simultaneously with extreme attention to detail ensuring the highest possible level of quality. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in new construction as a Project Superintendent and or Project Manager. Must have reliable transportation and undergo a background check. Must possess a 10 hour OSHA certification.
