Job Responsibilities and Requirements Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors and keeping them on schedule Direct & monitor the progress of a variety of projects Schedule and manage subcontractors and vendors to install homes on schedule, close on time and within budget Complete homes and all customers walk through items prior to closing. Job Requirements: A leader with an outgoing personality who works well with others, is enthusiastic, with a high degree of integrity and professionalism This person should be highly motivated, self-starter that can adapt on the fly and hit the ground running The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the residential construction industry Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including upper management, designers, sales, trades, vendors & customers. The candidate should be able to build rapport and maintain Customer Satisfaction during the buying/building process Manage time effectively, multi-task & prioritize to meet established goals & deadlines Computer proficiency of all MS Office applications, specifically excel spreadsheets is required to handle communication with BACH team, vendors & subcontractor trades Project manager will be responsible for the creation of their own site plans as part of their daily tasks Knowledge of construction practices and terminology Attention to detail and persistence in follow up is crucial to success for this position Able to pass a drug test Valid Wisconsin DL/ Clean driving record Strong sense of urgency Willing to travel statewide between communities Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annual salary and eligible for Per Home Management Bonus, End of Year Bonus, and quarterly performance bonuses. Top earners in this position earn in excess of $90K annually.
