Location- Niagara Falls, Lockport, & North Tonawanda Job Type- Part-time Job Summary- Community Missions has various Residential Aide positions throughout the agency; in both youth and adult services. This role provides essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. The positions are responsible for delivering trauma informed and person-centered restorative services to the residents as well as documenting resident functioning. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and enjoys working in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities- · Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and medication management. · Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being · Provide one on one restorative and/or skill building sessions with residents · Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and policies. · Provide crisis intervention and support to residents in emergency situations · Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations · Hours include evening, weekend, and holidays.
