About the Role:

TBR Global Chauffeuring is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of corporate travel, roadshows, and high-profile events across the United States. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for client transportation requests, ensuring seamless communication, accurate bookings, and exceptional service delivery. This is a fast-paced, client-centric position that requires excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservation requests via email and phone for corporate travel, events, and roadshows
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and vehicle requirements
  • Handle specialty vehicle and VIP service requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and respond to client emails with urgency and professionalism
  • Prepare and send daily handover reports to ensure smooth shift transitions
  • Monitor and confirm trip details, manifests, and billing preferences
  • Provide quotes and support for complex bookings
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, dispatch, and drivers for real-time updates
  • Support on-site logistics coordination for high-demand events when required
  • Maintain client profiles and account preferences in booking systems
  • Escalate issues and service deviations as needed, with proactive resolution mindset
  • Train and support new and existing team members on TBR service standards


Qualifications:

  • Experience in reservations, hospitality, travel coordination, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with systems and platforms for reservations and client communications
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-moving global environment
  • Professional demeanor and a passion for delivering premium service
