Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Reservations Agent located in Riyadh. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, handling phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing exceptional customer service, and performing receptionist duties. The role includes ensuring guests’ reservations are accurately recorded and providing them with any necessary information related to their stay.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Reservations management
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in performing Receptionist Duties
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
