Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the reservations department.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Develop and implement efficient booking procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage allocation of rooms/tickets.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor reservations staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Analyze booking data to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote services.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on reservation activities.
  • Oversee budget management for the reservations department.
  • Implement effective strategies for improving reservation processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor pricing.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in reservation software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Experience in managing a team effectively.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
