We are seeking a proactive and analytical Revenue Manager to lead our revenue strategies and drive

profitability across all destinations. The role is focused on yielding, pricing, and monitoring performance

metrics, ensuring we achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Book and process booking confirmations for accommodation, transfers and excursions with correct information.
  • Input accurate information on TKO and tops
  • Answer clients’ question with precise information and make suggestions where necessary.
  • Prepare quotations for Tour Operators and travel agents with correct information.
  • Use efficiently our system.
  • Make reservations for accommodation, transfer, weddings, excursions and any other services booked by a client.
  • Read and understand reservations and /or lists from tour Operators and travel Agents.
  • Ensue all relevant information for each service booked within deadline set by the Hotel
  • Ensure any pricing is done correctly
  • Ensure hotels and suppliers receive and confirm the booking accordingly
  • Set deadlines and follow such date rigorously (option dates, payment dated, cancellation periods)
  • Ensure confirmation numbers are well added on files.
  • Communication
  • Communicate efficiently and in a professional manner both Internally and externally.
  • Ensure all issues, problems and positive feedback from or about clients received are communicated to all concerned.
  • Build confidence and trust with clients and suppliers through professional communication.
  • Constant communication must be maintained with a client until a final answer is sent.
  • Customer Service
  • Commit and engage yourself fully in all aspects of the job and aim at a first-class performance at all times. Customer service is a priority in our delivery service.
  • Be very knowledgeable about the services which are sold and promoted by the company.
  • Reservation agents are expected to answer quickly to as possible.
  • Others
  • Cultivate a good team spirit and ensure a pleasant working environment for all colleagues.
  • Carry out all necessary administrative procedures and always keep those up to date. See with your team leader for guidance whenever necessary.
  • Progressively obtain product knowledge with regular hotel visits ad experience excursions.
  • To make use of our Operational System in the most efficient and professional way.
  • Report and operational issues and problems to Reservation’s Manager immediately with implemented or proposed solutions.
  • Maintain the good professional Image of the company and promote positive relations with all principals, partners and suppliers.
  • Take on responsibilities, which are for the general benefit pf the company.
  • Carry out special(cognate) duties assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reservations is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
