Summary

Role: Researcher - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Location Options: Bay Area - CA Responsibilities: Research and Development: * Conduct cutting-edge research in AI and ML * Explore and experiment with new machine learning techniques * Develop novel AI solutions for complex problems across various industries Algorithm Design: * Design and implement novel algorithms for data analysis * Improve the efficiency and scalability of existing models Data Analysis: * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights * Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and key features Model Training & Evaluation: * Train machine learning models on large datasets and optimize them for accuracy * Conduct thorough evaluation and testing of models using appropriate metrics Collaboration: * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers * Collaborate with other researchers and academic institutions Publications & Presentations: * Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at industry conferences * Communicate complex research results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: - A Ph.D. or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML. Minimum of 10 years of total experience Technical Skills: - * Expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn) * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java * Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization techniques * Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or publications in top-tier journals or conferences * Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model deployment * Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) Experience: * Strong research background, deep technical expertise in AI and ML * Experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning * Practical experience in designing and deploying ML models at scale Soft Skills: * Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary Range: $181,220 - $245,180 #LI-AD1
