Job Description

As a Research Engineer in the Advanced Technology R&D Department, you will lead technical development focused on computer vision for document analysis. This team works directly under the CTO and is responsible for cutting-edge research and implementation of AI engines supporting the company’s accounting automation services.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and develop AI models for processing accounting-related documents
  • Develop models for character recognition, form classification, and information extraction
  • Perform pre-processing on scanned or photographed documents (e.g., image correction, extraction)
  • Provide consultation and strategy on annotation techniques and quality improvement
  • Contribute to the design of new features and performance optimization using deep learning


Must-have:

  • Solid understanding of machine learning & deep learning, particularly in computer vision
  • Proficient in software development, algorithms, and data structures
  • Experience in implementing and evaluating models using ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Prior research or industry experience in document analysis or natural language processing
  • Strong implementation skills for prototyping and validating research outcomes


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with image pre-processing and OCR pipelines
  • Familiarity with annotation processes and related tooling


Work Conditions

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Holidays: Weekends, National Holidays, Year-end/New Year break, Special holidays
  • Insurance: Full coverage (health, pension, unemployment, work accident)
  • Trial Period: 3 months
  • Transportation: Fully reimbursed
