What You Bring

• 1+ years of solid engineering experience – you’ve shipped real code that runs in production
• Age range: ideally 23–35 – we’re looking for mature, committed professionals who thrive under pressure
• You write clean, scalable code (Python, C++, Rust, or whatever works)
• You’ve touched real AI – PyTorch, TensorFlow, inference optimization
• You understand systems – performance, distributed architecture, parallelism
• You’re fluent in using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to boost productivity and accelerate development
• You care about the product, not just the theory
• You don’t quit – you debug, build, ship, repeat
