Summary

Job Title: Research Associate, Process Analytics Job Description The Process Analytics team is seeking a driven Research Associate to support the characterization of Lentiviral Vector (LVV). You will be trained under the direction of senior staff and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to perform various molecular, cellular, biophysical, and biochemical protocols. This position involves close collaboration with other functions to test LVV samples and plays a critical role in advancing the pipeline and Analytical Development capabilities. Responsibilities * Assist with method design, execution, and analysis to support the development of gene therapy products. * Perform routine impurity and characterization testing (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry) to support process development. * Maintain clear records of experimental work using an electronic notebook system that adheres to company guidelines. * Manage sample submissions for assigned methods and ensure timely data turnaround. * Exemplify company core values and adhere to policies to ensure the safety and quality of gene therapy products and facility. * Train on initial 5 methods for qualification experiments and expand to 15 methods after demonstrating proficiency. * Run experiments daily, including plate design, sample preparation, data analysis, and electronic notebook submission for review. * Maintain inventory of reagents and lab supplies. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. * Hands-on experience with ddPCR, qPCR, ELISA, and flow cytometry. * Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to build open and collaborative relationships. * Experience with basic data analysis is a plus. * Self-motivated, organized, and clear documentation skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects. * Pipetting experience from undergraduate studies is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.42 - $36.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
