Looking for talented students, post-docs, or researchers to join our group studying translational thoracic oncology. Research is predominately computational, focusing on analysis of molecular data from patients, including single-cell RNAseq, spatial transcriptomics, and ctDNA, radiomics, machine learning, and clinical integration. Exciting inter-disciplinary collaborations to dissect the biology underlying therapeutic response and build novel algorithms.

Happy to accept trainees as well as graduates, but must have experience in either biology, medicine, or data science, with preference given to candidates with data science or bioinformatics experience.
