Job Summary:

The R&D Engineer – Industrialization will focus on enhancing the overall manufacturing process of HVAC pipe products by integrating innovative techniques, optimizing resources, and driving cost-effective and efficient industrialization strategies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and research institutions to ensure seamless product development and process validation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead R&D activities: innovation, process benchmarking, new technology evaluation.

2. Conduct benchmarking of HVAC pipe manufacturing technologies and methods.

3. Support new product/process development to enhance performance and manufacturability.

4. Work with tooling teams to optimize manufacturing tools and designs.

5. Pilot production line setup and process validation.

6. Participate in APQP, DFMEA, and PFMEA reviews.

7. Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and suppliers.

8. Optimize production cycles, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Education: B.E. Mechanical / Master's Degree

2. Language: English proficiency required

3. Strong HVAC pipe process knowledge.

4. Benchmarking and innovation framework familiarity.

5. CAD software proficiency.

6. Tooling design and process optimization experience.

7. Understanding of materials science.

8. Industry 4.0 and automation awareness.

9. ROI and cost analysis knowledge.
