About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Multi-Sensor Fusion Engineer to spearhead the research and development of advanced sensor fusion algorithms. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient engineer with a passion for deep technical challenges in navigation. You'll work on high-impact R&D projects, transforming concepts into working prototypes and commercial products. As technologies evolve, you'll also have the opportunity to build and lead a specialized team in your area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
âś… Develop and refine state estimation and sensor fusion algorithms for next-generation navigation systems.
âś… Design tightly-coupled multi-sensor fusion solutions integrating GNSS, visual navigation, and ranging technologies.
âś… Conduct high-fidelity simulations and algorithm testing using MATLAB and Python.
âś… Explore advanced vision-based navigation techniques, including feature matching, optical flow, and map-based localization.
âś… Collaborate with a world-class R&D team to transition research breakthroughs into real-world applications.
âś… Potentially lead a specialized team as projects mature and expand into production.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 10+ years of experience in multi-sensor fusion & state estimation, or 5+ years with a strong background in vision-based navigation.
🔹 Expertise in tightly-coupled sensor fusion techniques and sensor modeling.
🔹 Strong hands-on experience in MATLAB and Python for simulation and algorithm development.
🔹 Knowledge of vision-based navigation methods such as SLAM, feature tracking, and optical flow.
