Summary
This position will perform research and development activities related to the O&M Global Products & Healthcare Services Portfolio. This person will lead R&D activities on small-medium projects, support senior engineers on larger programs and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities will include design, development, commercialization of new products, and sustaining engineering activities. This is a hybrid role. Must live within 40miles of Alpharetta, Georgia. This person helps define product requirements, prototype concepts, develop manufacturable designs and test product to meet defined specifications. The job requires working collaboratively with cross functional teams including Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Supply.

Qualifying Experience
BS in Engineering or Science Related Field with 5+ years of relevant experience OR MS in Engineering with 3+ Years OR PhD in Engineering with 2+ Years. Must live within 40miles of Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a hybrid role and must commute into corporate office 1-2x week.
